The Red Lion Inn was built in 1926 and has been owned and operated by the Bottazzi family since 1977. It has been a landmark and favorite dining establishment for area residents and travelers for many years.

The special recipe for our antipasto salad was created by Grandma Bottazzi and enjoyed by our family for generations. It is prepared with fresh vegetables, meat, cheese and our house dressing.
